A.)  Baseline 1 Package:
1) Flow Test: quantity of water the well produces at time of inspection.
2) Well Casing Inspection with DVD Recording: latest technology used to determine the integrity of well casing for potential ground water contamination.
3) Test Water for Sample Parameters: PH, Iron, Hardness, Total Dissolved Solids

B.)  Baseline 2 Package*:
1) Flow Test: quantity of water the well produces at time of inspection.
2) Well Casing Inspection with DVD Recording: latest technology used to determine the integrity of well casing for potential ground water contamination.
3) Lab testing of water sample to deterime the following parameters*: Alkalinity, Sulfate, Chlorides, Manganese, Magnesium, Potassium, Barium, Sodium, Strontium, Dissolved Solids, Calcium, Iron, PH, Conductivity, Turbidity (Tier 1) 

C.)  Baseline 3 Package*:
1) Flow Test: quantity of water the well produces at time of inspection.
2) Well Casing Inspection with DVD Recording: latest technology used to determine the integrity of well casing for potential ground water contamination.
3) Pull & Check Well Pump: date of pump, current condition of pumping system
4)  Lab testing of water sample to deterime the following parameters: alkalinity, bromide, manganese, magnesium, potassium, barium, sodium, strontium, dissolved solids, calcium, iron, PH, lead, nitrate (Tier 2)e., BTEX (Tier 3)
